  • 25% of contract price: Non refundable reservation fee
  • $100 per hour: Wedding ceremonies & receptions
  • $150 per hour: All other parties & events (Base price)
  • Lighting and Special effects (Fog, ...) to be defined
  • Staging and Location power available
